We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing plant. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence plant operations.
