Responsibilities

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Manage supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and effective inventory control.
- Develop and execute production plans that align with company goals and customer demands.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications
