Global specialty chemical company seeks a Plant Manager for a 60 person facility near Beaumont, TX.
The well-qualified candidate for this position should have at least 10 years of experience in production at a chemical or refining company. A degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is required. Degrees outside these disciplines are irrelevant. Experience is not a substitute for an engineering degree.
Experience in quality assurance outside the chemical or energy sector is not a relevant qualification for this position.
