What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at Confidential?
Manage day-to-day operations of facility. Work alongside managers, supervisors, and staff to complete daily tasks when needed. Supervise all facility staff and maintain efficient operations. Ensure production goals are met or exceeded, and facility downtime is kept to a minimum as it relates to staffing, equipment maintenance and product shortages. Oversee quality control processes and safety protocols. Identify areas of potential improvement and process optimization. Provide guidance and support to facility managers and supervisors. Adhere to all safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards. Maintain an organized working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.
