Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Mission Viejo, CA

Salary: $19-20/hr
About the role:
Production Associate is responsible for safely running the packaging line to fulfill packaging orders. This position is key to maintaining high quality standards and follows cGMP protocol through proper documentation and practices. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
· Performs equipment cleaning, setup, and operation in a safe manner
· Operates liquid fillers, cappers, labeler, inkjet printer, induction sealer, and heat tunnel
· Performs manual processes such as bottle filling & weight checking, sleeving, and case packing
· Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions
· Documents the packaging process using an ERP system and batch records
· Ensures quality standards are met during production runs
· Performs material handling and inventory management tasks
· Optimizes and troubleshoots packaging equipment
· Maintains cleanliness in warehouse and packaging area
· Must wear appropriate PPE as required
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a production line is preferred
· Previous experience in a cGMP environment is preferred
· Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and work instructions
· Basic computer skills to use an ERP system
· Strong work ethic and must be a team player
· Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
