Seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to join our Texas manufacturing team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail oriented and able to lead a team, serving as liaison between plant workers and upper management. This person must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence and have a genuine interest in helping the company succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process, from planning to completion.
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
- Create a culture of buy-in and loyalty to our Vision and Mission.
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Train employees to ensure success in their role.
- Maintains the direct labor cost percentage within acceptable thresholds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in related field; Three plus years of production / manufacturing experience required.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
