What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at Confidential?
The Program Director will play a key role in leading and managing the clients efforts to address social determinants of health; and engaged thousands of community members in advocating for policies that promote health equity. This includes overseeing program development, implementation, and evaluation; building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; and advocating for policies that support the clients mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, healthcare policy, or a related field, as well as experience in program management and community engagement. They should be passionate about addressing health disparities and committed to advancing health equity for all. The Program Director will work closely with the Executive Director and other staff members to drive the clients mission forward and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of communities across the country.
