The client is seeking a Program Manager for their Housing and Social Services department. This individual will report to the Associate Director of Housing & Support Services and will be responsible for providing leadership to ensure the client operates a safe and secure housing system focused on maintaining long-term stability for clients. The Program Manager will work closely with the County Department of Health Services to ensure high-quality services and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing Support Services coordinators, overseeing daily functions for Scatter Site program / Project Base Sites, and providing training and leadership development to staff.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelors degree and experience in a nonprofit setting. Visa sponsorship is not available for this full-time role. The Program Manager will need to be outcome and performance driven, with a strong focus on maintaining housing stability for clients.
