We are a well-established glass and glazing company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Storefront & Curtain Wall Division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing storefront and curtain wall projects, ensuring successful coordination with structural elements, trades, and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage storefront & curtain wall projects from inception to completion.
- Work with stick-built systems, including storefront and curtain wall assemblies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Interpret and analyze shop drawings, architectural, and structural plans with precision.
- Ensure proper coordination with structure and other trades for seamless project integration.
- Perform extrusion take-offs and manage materials efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in storefront & curtain wall project management (required).
- Strong background in stick-built systems.
- Proficiency in working with aluminum & glass doors, including hardware specifications.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Solid understanding of contract requirements and project coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
