Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Property Manager to join our team! The Property Manager is responsible for effectively directing and coordinating the community's overall operational activities.

Key Functions

Accountable for financial administration including rent collection, occupancy projections, and expense control

Maintain accurate files and records pertaining to employees and community lease agreements

Oversee the hiring of team members and providing continuous learning and development opportunities

Lead team in cultivating a positive, customer focused attitude

Manage community collections process, purchase orders, and accounts payable

Develop and guide marketing, community outreach, and resident retention programs

Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities

Qualifications

Multiple years of property management experience desired

Functional knowledge of the Fair Housing Act and other Federal, State, and Local regulations

Experience with property management software

Competency working in Microsoft Office with aptitude in EXCEL.

Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
