We’re a well-established property management company dedicated to providing top-tier service to our property owners and residents. We’re looking for a full-time Property Manager who can hit the ground running and bring energy, problem-solving, and professionalism to every aspect of property management.
Position: Property Manager (Residential)
Location: Coastal Georgia (In-Office Only)
Salary: $52,000/year
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a 400 unit residential property portfolio
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and management contracts with accuracy and care
- Communicate clearly and consistently with owners, tenants, and vendors
- Resolve maintenance requests and tenant concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, policies, and housing regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service while balancing multiple priorities
- Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation
Who You Are:
- Experienced in residential property management
- An excellent communicator – both written and verbal
- Skilled at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
- Professional, positive, and service-driven in all interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large property portfolios
- Knowledge of Georgia landlord/tenant laws
