Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our custom built homes meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspections and coordination of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality/Safety Manager to divide inspection responsibilities effectively.
- Inspect critical areas such as Saw Shop, Rough Framing, Electrical and Plumbing installations, Insulation, Drywall, and final finishes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough inspection reports.
- Conduct daily line walks to verify completed work and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with material handlers to facilitate loading and transportation of materials.
- Verify staging of materials and coordinate oversized material transportation.
- Compile material lists based on Inspection Reports.
- Maintain documentation in folders and project files using Google Drive.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports for audits.
- Participate in bi-monthly quality reviews to uphold and enhance company quality standards.
- Assist in training team members on quality control processes and documentation practices.
- Perform administrative duties including report preparation, documentation, and quality data tracking.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
- 6am - 2:30pm; Monday - Friday.
- Occasional overtime and occasional Saturdays required.
