- Writes and updates Standard Operating Instructions, Policies and Specifications
- Identify quality problems with raw materials and finished products, determine corrective or preventive action, and verify that corrective or preventive action has occurred and was successful
- Be able to make up new formulations, batch scale ups under the direction of Technical Services Manager
- Be able to properly evaluate and source new raw materials; including costing of new formula under supervision of Technical Services Manager
- General regulatory knowledge (SDS and VOC)
