Overview:
Orange Beach real estate agent seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the agent, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and property listings.
- Management of social media accounts and posting
- Organize and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the agent.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role would be great but is not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with social media, marketing materials, and campaigns.
