A successful Real Estate Company is expanding its Photography Department and we're on the lookout for talented Real Estate Photographers/Videographers to join our team. If you have a passion for capturing stunning property photos and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
Our Photography Department is a full-service in-house department servicing our agents only.
We are looking for someone that wants an exciting job exercising both their creative and customer service skills. We are looking for an extremely professional and prompt individual to join our team. Real estate photography experience is a significant plus but is not required. Candidate should be proficient in using a camera in full manual mode. Professionalism and promptness are what we are looking for in an individual and someone who loves to be a team player and loves to take care of our agents. While photography experience is a significant plus, we will train you fully on our specific processes including photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, drone (Part 107 certification required to fly, not required to apply, will be required within 2 weeks of being hired). About the Role:
- Position: Associate Photographer (Full time)
- Location: Based in Wilmington but will be traveling to various surrounding locations from New Bern to Calabash
- Equipment and Vehicle provided during working hours
- Capture high-quality content of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and special features
- Upload photos, videos, and 3d tours daily
- Work closely with our team to ensure agent satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate photo and video
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Drivers License required
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed
- Must have/be willing to acquire a part 107 drone license
- Must be proficient in photography/videograph
