Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and route callers to appropriate executive team members.
- Manage office tasks, including filing, generating reports, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring the office is fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide scheduling support by arranging appointments and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient computer skills, especially in typing
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes at a moment's notice in daily tasks
- Proactive approach with a focus on creating positive experiences for others
