We are seeking an experienced Recruiter – Volume Hiring to join our team! This role is ideal for a high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding top talent at scale. If you have 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting and are looking for a hybrid opportunity with a mix of onsite and remote work, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
✅ Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
✅ Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent across multiple channels.
✅ Screen and assess candidates efficiently to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
✅ Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
✅ Track key hiring metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvements.
✅ Work onsite at the client location 3 times per week to directly support hiring efforts and build strong relationships.
✅ On weeks when travel is required, visit other client sites as needed.
✅ Work from home up to 2 days per week when not traveling.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting (manufacturing, logistics, retail, or similar industries preferred).
✔️ Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruiting tools and platforms.
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
✔️ Comfortable working in a hybrid role, spending 3 days per week onsite at the client location.
✔️ Willingness and ability to travel to other client sites as needed.
