Job Title: Contract / Temporary Recruiting Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time - Contract
Introduction: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and information about their application status.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assistance in Recruitment Process: Support recruiters and hiring managers in various stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
