Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the recruiting pipeline to ensure timely candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate recruiting meetings, candidate scheduling, and in-person visits.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while monitoring pipeline movement.
- Support the Growth & Development team and our recruiters to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience for our candidates.
- Manage automated email and SMS processes to keep our candidates educated and informed about upcoming meetings as well as everything about Success Mortgage Partners.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry (sales or operations preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must be detail oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A customer-centric/customer service mindset and a passion for solving challenges.
Location: This is an in-office role.
