We are searching for a dynamic, experienced Regional Manager who has demonstrated skills and experience in HUD and Low Income Tax Credit. If you have a successful track record managing HUD, LIHTC, properties, we want to talk to you!
Our new Regional will be expected to take a hands-on approach transferring their skills and experience to help our teams achieve and maintain occupancy goals while building strong leadership on site teams and resident relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aggressively manage Affordable Housing and HUD portfolio.
- Build strong on-site management teams through coaching, training and motivation.
- Maximize the financial returns of properties and personnel.
- Problem solver. Responds promptly to issues and complaints.
- Increase/Maximize cash flow.
- Property administration including management planning, hiring, training, supervising and developing personnel.
- Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
- Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
- Increase portfolio occupancy and income.
- Stays abreast of all changes and requirements of Section 42 LIHTC and HUD programs.
- Ensure that all properties within the region are well maintained. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years Senior, District or Regional Manager, progressive experience required.
- In depth knowledge of HUD and LIHTC and the ability to teach, train, guide and direct property managers.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree with 3 - 5 years’ experience will be accepted.
- Proficient in Section 42 Compliance, HUD Audits Required.
- Management of 500 units required. Yardi, One Site, Real Page or similar property accounting software experience require.
- Successful history in maintaining 95% occupancy.
- Organized and efficient. Ability to see the bigger picture and grow your team.
- A passion for property management and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
