We are expanding and seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial leader to develop a new market. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a thriving region while leveraging our 15 years of industry-leading expertise in automotive retail solutions. The Regional Market Strategy Leader will be responsible for both business development and operations, leading a team and driving performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role will evolve over time, starting with a strong focus on sales and business development, transitioning into service management, and ultimately scaling to a full general management position overseeing sales, service, and team leadership. Our executive leadership team will handle P&L management, insurance, compliance, HR, payroll, and more—allowing you to focus on growth, profitability, and leading your regional team to success.
This role will evolve over time, starting with a strong focus on service management, while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction as the foundation of the new region. Once a high standard of service execution is established, the role will shift to sales and business development, securing new clients, expanding market share, and scaling into a full general management position overseeing sales, service, and team leadership.

This position is ideal for a self-starter with leadership experience and a track record of building strong teams. As the driving force behind the region’s success, the RGM will have the autonomy to develop strategies, hire and train staff, manage operations, and build client relationships that position the company as a dominant player in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Leadership – Take ownership of the region’s growth, executing a strategic plan to drive revenue and market presence.
- Team Management & Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and strong execution.
- Market Expansion – Identify growth opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and position the company as a trusted partner for dealerships.
- Operational Oversight – Manage daily operations, service execution, and customer satisfaction to ensure long-term success.
- Client-Centric Innovation – Understand dealership needs and develop tailored solutions to solve complex challenges effectively.
- Adaptability & Resilience – Overcome challenges in launching and growing a new market through strategic problem-solving and hands-on leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus profit-sharing, with expected first-year earnings ranging from $40,000 to $75,000, depending on performance and market success. Paid in accordance with the company’s payroll schedule.

Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, team leadership, or operations management preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and oversee daily operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Proficiency in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools) and comfort in learning new systems.
- Flexibility to travel for training, client meetings, and regional operations.
