Job Description
The Regional Vice President’s main responsibility is to supervise and lead a portfolio of Regional Managers and their properties to successfully achieve the goals and standards outlined through the Asset Management division. The primary areas of focus are resident retention, fiscal success, professional development of the Regional and General Managers, reporting, and overall portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and lead a portfolio of Regional Managers & properties
- Ensure all requirements are met by the properties. This includes, but is not limited to:
thorough, succinct and on time reporting, achieving occupancy goals, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner and vendor relations are kept in high regard, participating in cultural initiatives, adherence to the Operating Model System, ongoing training & education
- Work with the Regional Managers and onsite team for performance development
- Conduct team meetings and one on ones with direct reports
- Manage payroll & employee records
- Have a strong knowledge of the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Maintain open lines of communication with corporate and the properties
- Respond in a timely fashion to parent, vendor, or resident outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry
or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of achievements
- Proven proficiency in all areas of property management operations
- Strong financial, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong internet & Microsoft Office skill set
- Basic knowledge of Social Media and online presence
- Must have excellent communication, management, and people skills
- A passion to serve residents, vendors and colleagues

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
