Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remodeling Sales Manager to oversee our growing operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, while managing the Remodeling Sales Associates, and Support Staff.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
· Support sales representatives in finalizing sales through guidance, negotiation tactics, and utilizing your knowledge of the home remodeling industry.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
- Sales Process and Execution:
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, including identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
- Ensure accurate sales orders and timely product installation.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance based on employees’ performance.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Monitor sales expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Possess a strong understanding of remodeling products and services.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the remodeling or home improvement industry.
Have a neat and clean appearance, including good personal hygiene
- Leadership and Motivation: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build customer relationships.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and are insurable under the Company’s Commercial Auto policy
