Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in residential settings. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Install fixtures and perform minor carpentry tasks related to painting projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other management to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist with maintenance issues as needed
- Capable of running a crew
- Able to travel to multiple sites
Experience
- Proven experience in residential painting or similar roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in painting and construction tasks.
- Ability to work effectively while adhering to safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
