Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Lorian Health. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional home health care services to our patients. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and physiology.
- Experience in home health or assisted living settings preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
