We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining an organized route schedule. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety and efficiency on the road.
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned routes to deliver products in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Organize daily delivery schedules to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
- Handle heavy lifting of products as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Sell additional products or services during delivery when appropriate, utilizing persuasive communication skills.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management, pricing, and sales transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any issues.
- Document delivery activities accurately, including mileage, delivery times, and any customer feedback.

- Proven experience in route driving with a strong understanding of navigation and logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
