We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Low Voltage Safety Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations across all low-voltage installation projects. Your expertise will help safeguard our team, projects, and customers while maintaining our commitment to excellence in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols for low-voltage telecommunications projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and industry standards.
- Provide safety training and education for field staff, including new hire orientations and ongoing safety updates.
- Monitor and review job site conditions, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Maintain detailed records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to integrate safety measures into project plans.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and violations, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters, including regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
