Job Summary:
Inside Sales Representatives connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in debt consolidation solutions. In this role, you’ll guide individuals on their journey toward financial freedom by assessing their unique financial situations and presenting personalized debt consolidation options. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, empowering clients to take control of their finances, and helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.
Job Expectations:
· Contacting warm leads daily
- Follow a consultative selling approach while showing empathy, educating the potential member on the benefits of our debt resolution program, overcoming objections, and closing the sale in 1-2 calls
- Complete application, pull credit, and gather documents while collaborating with underwriting teams to facilitate a quick and smooth enrollment process
- Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
· Must be proficient with computers & basic Microsoft/Google programs.
- 9-hour workday 5 days a week required. Additional weekend hours are highly encouraged (tier-bump paid for weekend enrollments).
- Prior experience with high volume 70-100 dials is a plus
- 3-6 months of previous Debt Settlement experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills [phone, text, email].
- Experience with Debt Pay Pro & Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to read and understand a credit report & credit factors.
