Position: Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Representative oversees and enhances the sales and brand development across a designated geographical area. This role involves creating and executing effective sales strategies, fostering new and existing customer relationships, and driving brand growth through exceptional customer service and strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales and brand development across a defined geographical area.
- Design and deliver sales strategies to grow existing accounts while also building new accounts, through increased brand awareness and providing exceptional customer care.
- Actively seek out new customers and retail opportunities with a focus on luxury brands.
- Prospect and build new partnerships with key department stores.
- Build strong partnerships with customers by assisting them with inventory levels, promoting new lines and products, and ensuring the product is positioned to optimize sales and the brand image.
- Maintain sales reports and analyze reports for new opportunities to growth.
- Ensure optimal visual merchandising for customers.
- Utilize company systems and technologies to efficiently process orders and quotes.
- Be responsive to customer inquiries and/or concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels with a focus on providing a customer centric resolution.
- Always assess individual customer needs and deliver personalized service.
- Maintain industry knowledge and keep up to date on market and industry trends.
- Build relationships with other teams across the business to ensure the customer lifecycle is supported at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, accounting, customer service, and production departments.
- Participate in semi-annual inventory clean-up and price tag updates.
- Plan and attend various shows, such as trunk shows, private shows, and trade shows, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in outside sales within luxury jewelry or luxury brands.
- Proficiency in CRM software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
- Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: 120K–130K USD (commensurate with experience)
