Responsibilities of a Sales Trainee:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including product questions, pricing, and enrollment.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Enhance the customer experience through positive interaction and personalized presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations when handling customer interactions and transactions.

Sales Trainee Qualifications:
