SAP C4C V2 Tester Remote/Hybrid/On-site, Full-Time/Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP C4C V2 Tester to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall quality of SAP C4C V2 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP C4C V2 solutions.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate system behavior.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and SAP consultants to resolve issues and optimize system functionality.
- Validate system configurations, workflows, and business processes to meet client requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting reported issues.
- Stay updated on SAP C4C V2 updates, patches, and enhancements to align testing strategies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities in testing.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP C4C V2 architecture, workflows, and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, etc.).
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to articulate defects and test results.
- Ability to work independently and within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP CRM testing and integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Sales & Service Cloud).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, VBScript).
- ISTQB certification or other relevant testing certifications.
