Security Service Technician

We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Security Service Technician to join an outstanding team. In this role, you will respond to a variety of customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency or after-hours calls in a timely manner. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing defective parts, as well as debugging systems for more complex issues. Responsibilities :

• Conduct safety evaluations and adhere to safe working practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
• Complete service orders with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making capabilities in the field.
• Provide comprehensive troubleshooting, service, and repair of low-voltage systems across various commercial and enterprise settings.
• Ensure all repairs are tested and aligned with company policies and standards.
• Document all service activities, including notes, photographs, and communications, in a timely and detailed manner.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service after hours.
• Maintain company vehicle in accordance with company guidelines.
• Uphold a professional image and demeanor at all times.
• Offer feedback for service improvement and communicate scheduling concerns effectively.
• Perform additional on-site services as needed.
