Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial statements, including consolidated reports, in compliance with US GAAP.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for the private equity partners, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor reporting packages.
- Manage and improve internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for financial improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth and efficient audits.
- Stay informed of changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations to maintain compliance.
- Contribute to special projects, including system implementations, acquisition integration, and process optimizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 or top-tier firm) and corporate accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
