We're a leading product company in the heart of New York City, looking for a top-level Senior Package Designer to create packaging so good, it practically jumps off the shelves and into shopping carts. We're talking about hard goods – cookware, kitchen gadgets, Automotive, Personal care, electrical and non-electrical appliances, fitness and wellness, home improvement, lighting, lawn and garden, the whole shebang!
What You'll Do (Besides Making Us Look Awesome) :
- Conceptualize and execute innovative packaging designs that are both visually stunning and functional (because, let's face it, nobody wants a box that requires a PhD to open).
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to understand the brand, target audience, and product features (so you know, you're not designing a box for a toaster oven that looks like it belongs on a spaceship).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest packaging trends, materials, and technologies (because the only thing worse than a boring box is an outdated box).
- Create dielines and prototypes (because we believe in seeing is believing).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (because in our business, things move fast!).
