    About the Role

    The Company is seeking an SVP Account Management Lead Specialist to play a pivotal role in the transformation of its client organization strategy within Securities Services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in partnering with the global head to execute a comprehensive strategy that includes optimizing the organizational structure, rebalancing functions, and eliminating manual processes. This senior-level position demands an individual with a proven track record in client-focused activities, particularly in the back-office cash management or trade operations domain. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills to engage with internal stakeholders at a senior level and to influence and guide colleagues across different areas. Key responsibilities for the SVP Account Management Lead Specialist include interfacing with a portfolio of clients to understand their needs, working closely with sales and coverage partners to drive revenue expansion, and leading discussions with top clients to ensure operational excellence. The role also involves maintaining service level expectation strategies, capturing client priorities in budget decisions, and being a client advocate in product migrations and regulatory changes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 10 years of experience, and a strong background in back-office cash management or trade operations. Advanced problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a high level of energy and initiative are essential for this position. The role is suited to a trusted team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to driving change and delivering superior client satisfaction.
