About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Vice President of Compliance to spearhead the development and management of our comprehensive compliance program, emphasizing digital heart health. In this key role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a robust healthcare compliance framework while ensuring our privacy practices meet HIPAA and state regulations. We seek a strategic thinker with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or significant compliance certifications, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, and extensive knowledge of managed government healthcare programs, including Medicare Advantage.
Your responsibilities will include staying up-to-date on compliance requirements, notably those related to the False Claims Act and Anti-kickback statute, as well as data governance and privacy issues. Additionally, you will lead change management efforts to align our practices with legal and contractual expectations, and partner with various teams to architect new, compliant business solutions.
We require a candidate adept at reviewing client and partner agreements from a compliance perspective and capable of reporting key compliance matters to executive leadership and the board of directors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel in adapting a compliance program in alignment with our organization's growth.
