About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Finance to take the lead in our financial operations. In this critical role, you will spearhead the consolidation of financial activities across multiple entities while providing strategic financial guidance. As a vital member of our senior finance team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining financial policies, overseeing accounting practices, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. You'll also manage ERP implementation, maintain accounting systems, and oversee treasury functions. We're seeking an innovative problem-solver who is committed to continuous improvement and possesses the ability to mentor and inspire our accounting and finance team.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in private equity-backed firms, is essential. Service-based industry experience is a plus, especially in construction management or field service environments. Previous experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, KPI development, risk management, and working capital management. Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities are critical, along with the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses that support strategic business decisions, as well as evaluating the financial aspects of acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
