Server

A server section is like your own little restaurant. Take pride in the experience you provide and watch how guests respond! Your warm energy reflects back in more ways than one.

You will have day-to-day interaction with our Guests. We are seeking individuals with enthusiasm and a people-pleasing personality!

You are our Guest’s first impression. Your image will reflect our Guests’ view of the entire restaurant.

It is required that all Servers have in-depth knowledge of all ingredients, producers, and preparation methods for every menu item. You will also be required to understand and recommend our beer selections, signature cocktails, and wines by the glass. You must be able to comfortably communicate answers to all food and beverage questions.

Weekend availability is required. Open availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome by greeting them in a warm and genuine way.
• Be consistent in providing attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and their ingredients.
• Receive orders and process payments.
• Be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate.
• Follow all relevant brand standards for service.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
