Our automotive repair facility is seeking an experienced, organized, motivated sales professional with the ability to effectively communicate with technicians and customers, increase sales, manage scheduling & technician productivity. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.
- Manage service appointments and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service writing
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Familiarity with auto estimating and automotive repair processes
- Experience in dealership environments and auto service management
- Relevant skills in transmissions, oil changes, and brake repair
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
