Duties
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Document customer concerns and relay information to technicians.
- Provide estimates for equipment services from regular maintenance to large repairs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and equipment condition.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and recommendations.
- Ensure timely transmission of work orders to the service department.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in managing the dealership's service schedule to optimize workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in service department operations or a similar role within a dealership environment.
