Marketing Company located in King of Prussia, PA has a current opening for a Social Media Content Creator!
The Social Media Content Creator works closely with multiple clients to research, generate, and proofread content, develop posts and posting schedules, schedule posts, manage and respond to reviews, and create reports. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team atmosphere with exceptional copywriting and communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset. Digital ad experience is required. Individual will also be assigned other responsibilities related to email marketing, website development, and overall company support as needed. Must have a passion for the industry.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience with social media management
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp, HubSpot, Blog, etc.) and social media management platforms, tools, etc.
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong experience with Canva
- Digital ad knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Ads)
- Utilization of AI in workflow
- Knowledge of business managers for multiple social platforms
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, or in person
- Ability to proofread work for any spelling or grammatical errors
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills that can be utilized for future growth
- Must be able to work in a fun, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment
- Proficient in social media management and scheduling platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited:
- Working with clients and team members
- Managing social media accounts for multiple clients
- Design and implement social media strategies to align with client goals
- Researching content to create posts
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Proofing for spelling, grammar, and consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Assisting clients with digital ads as needed
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Reporting (post performance, ad performance, reviews, etc.)
- Knowledge and utilization of Artificial Intelligence
- Planning and promoting company events to build team morale
Other Conditions:

Education:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
