Key Responsibilities:
- Repurpose existing video content into engaging short-form clips tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Schedule and post content strategically across multiple social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, and metadata for each platform to boost visibility and engagement.
- Monitor trends in social media formats, platforms, and algorithms to ensure content stays relevant and competitive.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, views, etc.) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the influencer and their team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on best practices for content creation and platform growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally for influencers, content creators, or brands.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for each platform.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple posts daily across platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual appeal.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in growing personal brands or influencers' followings.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, or Hootsuite for social media planning and scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, or Instagram Insights.
