Well-established service company located in North Dallas is looking for a Senior-Level Talent Acquisition Recruiter or Lead / Supervisor to join their Human Resources team.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead a small team of recruiters to ensure excellence, set standards and establish metrics for 1) hiring goals / pace, 2) candidate quality and experience, and 3) full recruitment cycle activities. This position will involve your active expertise as an active recruiter to support workload and audit the recruiting experience.
This position will be a hands-on role with hybrid working option after the onboarding process to fully acquaint this role with the company functions and team.

Technically savvy to utilize job boards, recruiting management system, reporting and assessments to maximize results in their role. Detail-oriented to ensure all aspects of the recruiting cycle are complete with documentation in order for each candidate and hire including : application, resume, comprehensive interview notes, assessments, offer letter, background screens. Motivated to lead and mentor to establish and share with team best practices, offer development tools, and gain perspective on the challenges to provide team resources. Organized to track progress, headcount, metrics, and productivity for team members; and plan for established hiring dates to coordinate with other company partners in onboarding, training and IT. Collaborative to problem solve, maintain flexibility, be approachable across all facets of the team and with other departments. Pro-active and hands-on, always willing to get in the trenches with their team to recruit, stay connected with activities, and keep their skills sharpened. Previous experience required :
- Advanced level knowledge and usage of recruiting management system
- Utilization and management of metrics and reporting for hiring and candidate processing
- Experience establishing recruiting processes, workflows, and standards
- Experience mentoring and leading recruiting professionals
