Senior Vice President of Manufacturing
The Senior Vice President of Manufacturing is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and directing all manufacturing operations within the company. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, increasing productivity, and fostering business expansion across multiple product categories, including meat, fish, prepared foods, and produce fresh cut.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Operational:
- Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production planning, scheduling, quality control, and cost management.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, exploring new technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations, including food safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams to establish a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage manufacturing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.

- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, supply chain management, and industry regulations within the food and beverage sector.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
