- Maintain centralized documentation, reporting dashboards, and organizational charts
Strategic and Financial Analysis
- Conduct investment research, financial modeling, and comparative benchmarking across divisions
- Support evaluation of internal growth initiatives, new ventures, and real estate or alternative asset strategies
- Analyze capital allocation decisions and assist in long-term scenario planning
Leadership & Administrative Enablement
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders across the enterprise (family principals, management, external advisors)
- Track execution of action items and strategic priorities
- Support coordination of strategic offsites, planning retreats, and initiative reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
- Experience: 3–5 years in private equity, family office, strategy consulting, corporate development, or FP&A
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating with high levels of autonomy and confidentiality
- Highly adaptable, intellectually curious, and proactive
Why This Role?:
- Work directly with high-performing principals in a values-driven, growth-minded enterprise
- Influence the design and implementation of a lasting governance structure
- Gain exposure to investment decisions, operations strategy, and family enterprise management
- Be part of a multi-decade vision to scale a world-class private business platform
