Your leadership will drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and enhance overall business performance. This role will support the development of strategic and operating plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support current forecasted business and projected growth.
Position Requirements :
- Seeking 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics transportation or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth and profitability.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree
- Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with logistics management, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, planning, order management technologies including ERP systems, WMS and advanced analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
