About the Role:
This position is all about building relationships, delivering smart solutions, and helping customers succeed. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor—offering expert guidance on technical products and ensuring customers get the most out of their investment. You’ll balance your time between nurturing current client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Technical Sales & Consultation: Support a mix of existing clients and new prospects by providing tailored, solution-oriented guidance. You'll respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and insight, while also taking initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Use a mix of outreach methods—including direct visits and digital communication—to grow a strong, diverse client base.
- Customer Experience: Offer responsive post-sale support, ensuring long-term satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Account & Project Oversight: Manage client accounts with attention to detail, helping projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations.
- Event Representation: Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase solutions and build brand visibility.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Pitch in where needed to support company-wide goals and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: Experience in technical sales, ideally in sectors related to lighting.
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard business software (e.g., MS Office) to manage leads and client data.
- Strong Communicator: Able to clearly explain technical concepts, build rapport with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Customer-Oriented & Driven: A self-starter with a team mindset who takes pride in delivering top-notch service and growing lasting relationships.
