Summary
As the Used Car Manager at Tasca Automotive Group, you will oversee the operations of our used vehicle department, ensuring optimal inventory management and sales performance. This role is vital in driving profitability while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the used car department, including inventory control and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability in the used car segment.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct market analysis to stay competitive in pricing and inventory offerings.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations regarding used vehicle sales.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their buying experience and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes related to vehicle acquisition and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, particularly in used vehicles.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
