About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Office Account Executive to join our Global Client Coverage Group. In this crucial role, you will build and nurture strong relationships with our largest DC Recordkeeper clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your focus will be on expanding our market share and enhancing business retention. As part of a collaborative team, you will handle the daily needs of our clients and work closely with our wholesaling team that covers platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors / Consultants.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a client-facing role within an asset management firm.
  • Preferred qualifications include holding a CIMA or CFA.
  • A proven track record in managing complex client relationships and demonstrating commercial acumen.
  • Strong accountability and ownership mentality.
  • Excellent organizational, project planning, and execution skills.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple initiatives successfully.
  • A background in the DC and Sub-advised industry with in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  • A network of industry relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a knack for cultivating relationships with clients and internal partners.
