The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that includes portfolio management, positioning, packaging, innovation, and both traditional and digital media campaigns. This role demands a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in driving significant brand growth, particularly through creative marketing activations and a strong digital presence. The VP will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to create an insight-driven growth strategy, with a focus on expanding the brand's presence in the North American market. Key responsibilities also include leading a high-energy team, managing the brand's financial performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and consumer-centric marketing.
